In forementioned cities also other activities take place, like exhibitions, informative meetings and film and documentary programs.
The partners previously arranged domestical financing and the participation of other organizations and governments, which was required. Basically: performance of the Requiem is made possible by the Council of Europe; Department of Education and Culture of the European Union; Task Force for International Cooperation on Holocaust Education, Remembrance and Research; Kulturstiftung des Bundes and Stiftung Erinnerung, Verantwortung, Zukunft.
The whole project is under the auspices of the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, Mr. Thorbjørn Jagland.
