The Requiem Documentary Festival gives more than a mere documentation of sad stories put on film. It guarantees true cinematographic experiences by the best artists from the palette of international documentarians, and it shows us how interviews, made up situations, voice recordings, archival film rolls can be transformed into real cinema. We will screen the works of artists who have been able to deal with the hardest and most sensitive topics, using innovative visual language. Their work has been bestowed numerous festival prizes and audience awards.
