Florian Costea (tenor)

Florian Costea was born on the 25 of july 1980 in Bucharest, is soloist and second conductor of Romanian National Chamber Choir from Bucharest, and soloist at George Enescu Philarmonic from Bucharest.
In present time he is having doctoral studies at University of Music from Bucharest studiing vocal emission. In 2008 -2010, he was having the master of degree in orchestral and choral conducting at the same musical institution from Bucharest with professor Horia Andreescu and Mihail Diaconescu. Between 2004 and 2008 he studied orchestral and choral conducting in Bucharest.
As soloist Florian Costea has in his repertory various masterpieces for light lyric tenor, such as Johannes and Matheus Passion from Johann Sebastian Bach. He has collaborated with conductor such as Horia Andreescu, Cristian Mandeal, Zubin Mehta and Ion Marin.
