| Jana Wallingerová (alto)
Jana Wallingerová studied at the Prague conservatory under Jarmila Krásová, being awarded by second prize at the contest of Czech conservatories in 1998. Since 2001, she has been privately studying under Natálie Romanová.
From 1997 to 2000 she sung at the Opera Mozart in Prague. Since 2000, she is soloist of the National Opera House in Brno, where she performed as Carmen (Carmen), Rosina (The Barber of Sevilla), Suzuki (Madama Butterfly), Fenena (Nabucco) etc. She gave a guest performance in National Theatre in Prague, in J.K. Tyl’s Theatre in Pilsen, in the City Theatre in Usti nad Labem and at many other places. She is cooperating with the leading Czech orchestras: Czech Philharmonic, Prague Symphony Orchestra, The Prague Radio Symphonic Orchestra , Brno Philharmonic, Prague Philharmonia, Janáček’s Philharmonia Ostrava and others.
In 2005, 2008 and 2010 she received DIVA – the prize of the National Theatre of Brno audience.
